Licence - consumer credit
Service outline:
The purpose of the licencing process is to protect the general public by placing strict controls in the way a business is conducted. Consumer Credit licenses are issued by the Office of Fair Trading with Trading Standards having the responsibility for monitoring, advising and taking action on the way a licenced business is run.
