Elections - proxy votes

You are welcome to apply for a proxy application form if you are unable to go to your Polling Station on election day. A proxy is someone who will go to the polling station and vote with your authority on your behalf.

Complete the application pack if you wish to apply for a proxy.

Alternatively you can pick up an application form at any of our Customer Service Points or use the contact details below to request a form.
