Licence - hackney carriage

There are two types of hackney carriage licence:

• a licence for a hackney carriage/taxi vehicle; and
• a licence for a hackney carriage/taxi driver.

Certain standard conditions are attached to the issue of a hackney carriage vehicle and a hackney carriage drivers licences.
