Employment and training - disabilities
Service outline:
If you receive adult social care support from Lancashire County Council the Employment Support Services work with people with a physical or learning disability, people with a sensory impairment and people with mental health problems who are unemployed, to help them find and keep a job.
This involves working with you on an individual basis to identify your interests and to help you obtain the skills and experience you need to get a job. We continue to support people in the work place through one-to-one job coaching.
