Land and property - availability lists

Are you looking for a site or land in the Ribble Valley for development?

Our planning policy department produces an annual report on housing land availability. The Housing Land Availability Schedule is an overview of recent planning applications in the Ribble Valley which have not yet been implemented. Each site has been identified from approved planning applications.

Please note that the Council does not have lists of housing land for sale.
