Animal - fouling
Service outline:
Dog fouling is one of the most contentious issues relating to dogs, and at some stage stepping into the mess has inconvenienced everyone.
Ribble Valley Borough Council has adpoted and enforces the Dogs (Fouling of Land) Act 1996, which makes it an offence for any one in charge of a dog to allow it to foul on any designated land within the Ribble Valley Borough area, without removing the faeces.
