Dog fouling
Service outline:
Ribble Valley Borough Council enforces the Dogs (Fouling of Land) Act 1996, which makes it an offence for any one in charge of a dog to allow it to foul on any designated land within the Ribble Valley Borough area, without removing the faeces.
