The management of woodland requires a different approach to regular grounds maintenance.
In a Woodland Burial Ground, for example, the area will need to be managed to ensure maximum tree growth and to create conditions for wild flowers and nature to flourish. The neat and tidy appearance of a traditional cemetery does not apply under these circumstances.
