Bus Pass - Disabled Persons
Service outline:
A disabled bus pass may be available for those with certain disabilities.
From 1 April 2011 NoWcards will no longer be available from the Ribble Valley Borough Council offices.
The scheme has been revised and a new scheme introduced that will be administered by Lancashire County Council (LCC).
Customers will now be able to use Lancashire County Council's Customer Access points to apply for their NoWcards:
