STAN is a new service provided by Ribble Valley Borough Council in conjunction with Rossendale and Pendle Borough Councils.
The staff on STAN have a wide knowledge base about the services provided by Ribble Valley Borough Council and its partners. The staff from Help Direct can also direct you to more than 2,000 community and voluntary groups and services that may be able to support and assist you.
