Guidance notes on affordable housing
This guidance note has been prepared to accompany the results of the housing needs surveys for the individual parishes of the Borough. It is intended to provide guidance to potential applicants and outlines the criteria to be applied to all planning applications received for affordable housing. It will form part of the basis on which recommendations will be made as to the likelihood of success or failure of respective schemes.
