Best Value Performance Plan 2003

This document is a companion to Ribble Valley Borough Council's Corporate Plan 2003, which sets out the Council's vision and priorities, outlines the main challenges of the next few years, and indicates how we propose to tackle them. Within this broad context this Performance Plan describes how we are tackling the Best Value Agenda, how the Council and its services performed during 2002/2003 and how we plan to improve our performance in the future.
