Best Value Performance Plan 2006

This document is a companion to Ribble Valley Borough Council's Corporate Plan revised in 2006, which sets out the Council's vision, ambitions and objectives, outlines the main challenges of the next few years, and indicates how we propose to tackle them. Within this broad context this Performance Plan describes how we are tackling these issues, how the Council and its services performed during 2005/06 and how we plan to improve our performance in the future.
