Ribble Valley Borough Council

Housing

Ribble Valley Borough Council's Housing service aims to ensure that every household in the Borough of Ribble Valley has a good home that meets its needs.

The current delivery plan for the service sets out the priorities for the next three years. The three key actions are delivering affordable housing, addressing the housing needs of the ageing population and improving energy efficiency across the borough.

A housing forum is held twice a year to report to all partners on the progress made toward the agreed actions. The forum is held in the Council chamber and is an opportunity for all partners to comment on the priorities and feedback on their experience.
