STAN stands for Services To A Neighbourhood.


STAN is a new service provided by Ribble Valley Borough Council in conjunction with Rossendale and Pendle Borough Councils.  


STAN is a state-of-the-art mobile unit that will bring services closer to you, making it easier for you to get information, advice and access to Ribble Valley Borough Councils services.  


STAN is a service that can help you find out what you are entitled to and what is available from your local public services, also providing information on voluntary and community organisations in the area.  


STAN will help local services link up and provide support and help for you to get more through your community.
