The LACi (Lancashire Arts and Crafts Initiative) is now in its 7th year, showing and promoting the best new design talent from the North West.
LACi promotes the work of selected graduates who are trained, living or working in Lancashire. Artists are invited to join the scheme to help them gain experience of working with galleries and museums, to access marketing and retail opportunities and gain the award of the LACi mark.
The LACi group is a partnership of museums and galleries with a special interest in new design. Members include commercial galleries and museums with their own collections closely related to contemporary design. All are funded by local authorities.
LACi venues and artists, together with the region's universities, work to showcase the high quality of art and design in the county to communities across the region.
