The list will give general areas where there are tree preservation orders, it is then advised that you check with us as to which trees are specifically protected.
Please also note that all trees within Conservation areas are treated as though a Tree Preservation Order has been placed upon them.
To check whether your property lies within a Conservation area please check the Districtwide Local Plan.
