Definitive Maps

Can the maps be changed?

The Definitive Map and Statement can be amended if new evidence of rights of way or errors in previously recorded information is discovered.

Inclusion of a way on the Definitive Map is conclusive evidence of the public's rights along that way. Any information included on the Definitive Statement is also conclusive evidence of that information.
