Cavity wall and loft insulation

The amount of subsidy payable to everyone under CERT (Carbon Emission Reduction Target) will cease in December 2012. The savings in your heating bills should cover the cost of the insulations in the first year.  It will be your last oppurtunity to have this work done at a really low price, do not miss it.
