Countryside DVD's
HORSE LOGGING/HEDGING DVD NOW AVAILABLE
DVDs on Horse Logging and Hedging in the Ribble Valley are now available at £4.99 each from the Tourist Information Desk, floor B, Council Offices, Church Walk, Clitheroe.
The horse logging DVD demonstrates the use of horses to extract timber from within protected environmentally sensitive woodland.
The hedging DVD was filmed at the Lancashire & Westmorland Hedging Grand Prix held on the Downham Estate, as well as traditional hedging the film also shows dry stone walling, tree work, planting and fencing.
