3/2011/0129 Victoria Mill, Watt Street, Sabden. 3/2011/0247 Land off Chapel Close, Low Moor, Clitheroe.  Outline application for the proposed erection of 39no. market dwellings and 17no. affordable dwellings.  Amended plans and documents received 8th June 2011.

3/2010/0929 Land between 36 and 38 Henthorn Road, Clitheroe. Demolition of 60 lock-up garages and construction of 8 family houses (2no. pairs of semi-detached 2-bedroom/4-person houses; 1no. pair of semi-detached 4-bedroom/6-person houses; 1no. detached 2-bedroom/4-person house;  1no. detached 4 bedroom/6 person house).  Amended plans received 13th June 2011 and 30th June 2011.

3/2010/0897 Primrose Mill, Woone Lane, Clitheroe. Demolition of existing mill site for residential development for 12no. apartments and 2 no. dwelling houses. Amendment to approved residential scheme ref. 3/2008/0526P.  Amended plans and statement received 24th June 2011.

3/2011/0307 Barrow Brook Business Village, Barrow. Residential development of 37 dwellings.  Amended plan received 22nd September 2011.

3/2011/0541 Land bounded by Dilworth Lane and Lower Lane, Longridge. Full planning application for 49no. houses and associated infrastructure works.  Amended plan received 6th October 2011 and 25th October 2011.

3/2011/0506 Mill Farm, Mill Lane, Waddington. Proposed demolition of existing residential outbuilding. Construction of replacement outbuilding to create two self-contained holiday cottages and a work from home office. Associated external works. Design amendments to approved scheme no. 3/2009/0062P. Amended location plan received 25th October 2011.

3/2011/0417 Clerk Laithe Barn, Newton.  Proposed erection of an annex building providing 5no. Bed and Breakfast rooms with ancillary space.  Amended plans and information received 13th October 2011.

3/2011/0864 1 Whittingham Road, Longridge.  Existing rear storage to be demolished. Proposed single storey to rear and two-storey to side, existing side gate repositioned and internal alteration to the property.  Amended plans received 16th January 2012.
