The new Freedom Fitness Room @ Longridge Civic Hall incorporates 10 cardio-vascular in addition to 7 weight resistance work stations. There is also a free weights area as well as a stretching and cool down area.

For new members wishing to join - new members can either book a one-to-one induction with the fitness room specialist which comes with a specially devised programme OR you can choose a group induction up to a maximum of 4 people (no programme included) ;
Independent Induction - £13.50
Group Induction - £7.00 per person
Bookings will only be taken in person at the Freedom Fitness Room, Longridge.
