Dispensations

Dispensations are issued to allow one named vehicle to park in a specific named location where a Traffic Regulation Order (i.e double yellow lines, on street limited waiting bay) is in place.  They can be issued to trades people whose vehicle is essential to the work being carried out i.e removing waste material from the site, access to tools / materials, etc. 

Dispensations are not offered for people who just want their vehicles handy.  You are allowed to load and unload on a Traffic Regulation Order but then must move your vehicle elsewhere if you do not want a dispensation.
