Parking enforcement
RVBC carries out parking enforcement on our own car parks only.
Parking enforcement on the street (yellow lines, limited waiting etc.) is carried out by Lancashire County Council, using NSL as their contractor (wearing blue uniforms).

- Any requests for parking enforcement on the street or for a parking dispensation, i.e. permission to park on the street where a waiting restriction is present in order to carry out work, should be made to LCC on 0800 1952774.
- Any requests
for the introduction of new waiting restrictions, residents' parking
schemes or other highway matters should be referred to LCC Highways on
0845 0530011 or highways@lancashire.gov.uk

- For the reporting of a fault/difficulty with a pay & display ticket machine on a RVBC car park please contact 01200 414522.
