We always try to get things right but there will be occasions when customers will have cause for complaint. Such complaints can serve to highlight areas where services could be improved. If you would like to make a formal complaint please follow our complaints procedure.

The Feedb@ck online website is where you can have your say on local issues. Feedb@ck online was created in partnership with four other East Lancashire councils, Lancashire County Council and East Lancashire Primary Care Trust.
