Salthill Ward By-Eelection

Four candidates are standing for election in the Salthill ward of Ribble Valley Borough Council and Clitheroe Town Council.

The by-election will take place on Thursday, November 17, following the resignation of borough and town councillor David Berryman.

The candidates are Ian Brown (The Conservative Party), Simon O'Rourke (Liberal Democrat), Mike Rose (The Labour Party) and Steve Rush (UK Independence Party).

Polling will take place at Brookside Primary School in Bright Street, Clitheroe, from 7am to 10pm, with counting after polls close.

Voters are advised that Brookside Primary School will be open during polling and parking will therefore be unavailable in the school grounds
