The Legal Department

No-one may give an exhibition, demonstration or performance of hypnotism on any living person at/or in connection with an entertainment to which the public is admitted in the Ribble Valley unless the Council has authorised that exhibition, demonstration or performance. 

Such an authorisation may be made subject to any conditions.

If any person gives such an exhibition, demonstration or performance in contravention of these provisions (or of any conditions attached to such an authorisation), they will be liable, on summary conviction to a fine.
