Citizens' Charter 2010
Ribble Valley Borough Council's Citizens' Charter 2010
Ribble Valley Borough Council has produced its fifth Citizens' Charter. This Charter sets out the standards by which Ribble Valley Borough Council delivers its services to people in the Ribble Valley.
The Council prides itself on the quality of its services to the people living, working and visiting the Ribble Valley. In the Council s Corporate Performance Assessment report in 2008, the Audit Commission stated that public satisfaction with the Council and its services is high . We are working hard to maintain this reputation, and we constantly strive to achieve high standards across all of our services.
The Charter lists the applicable Service Standards for each area of service delivery; it is not a comprehensive guide to services. Most of our service areas provide separate explanatory leaflets as to the nature and details of the services provided.
If you are unhappy with the standard of service that you have received then you can make a complaint. Please take this opportunity to view our complaints procedure.
If you wish to receive a copy of our Charter, please contact our Corporate Services Unit on 01200 414421.
