Statistics and census information

Ribble Valley Borough Council uses research, statistics and the census data when developing its strategies and informing the decision making process.

The Census is a count of all people and households in the borough and is the most complete source of information about the population that we have. The last Census was held on Sunday 29 April 2001.

We also have information on health statistics, unemployment, population, and geographical data.
