Matt Roby - The Fateful Fable of Thirteen

A National Touring exhibition organised by the Chapel Gallery, Ormskirk. A collection of weirdly wonderful illustrations and sculptures brought to life through an extraordinary tale.  Image by John Baxter.

Open Craft Exhibition

The gallery's annual open exhibition.  Craftmakers from across the North of England are invited to apply to be considered for selection. Selected makers are exhibited together in this vibrant and eclectic exhibition.  Furniture, textiles, jewellery, ceramics, glass and mixed media works hang side by side in this celebration of the hand-made. Vote for your favourite piece in the show through the People's Choice Award.

Ribble Valley Prize-winner Exhibition - Yasuyo Cooper

In 2011 Yasuyo Cooper of Clitheroe was awarded the Ribble Valley Prize in the Open Craft Exhibition and invited to have a solo exhibition in 2012. Yasuyo will create an installation using paper and textile techniques inspired by her Japanese heritage. Visitors will be encouraged to contribute to the installation, demonstrations and workshop opportunities will also be available.
