Clitheroe Castle Museum opened on 23 May 2009 following major restoration to the Keep and a complete refurbishment of the museum.
Exciting times are here as you can now view the recent developments within the new museum, which include innovative interactive galleries, disabled facilities, a changing exhibition space, a completely new education/meeting suite and a stunning glass entrance housing a souvenir retail space, reception and cafe/restaurant.
