Coach Education & Volunteering

Ribble Valley Sports Development Unit offer sports specific/generic coaching courses for clubs and coaches in the borough. Courses are run in partnership with governing bodies such as the ECB (English Cricket Board) and the FA (Football Association) as well as general coaching organisations such as SportscoachUK

All courses are run at facilities within the Ribble Valley with the emphasis on raising the standard of coaching in the area.

If you are 19 or over, working/volunteering in sport or outdoor pursuits in Lancashire or Cumbria, you may qualify for up to £300 towards fees for coaching qualifications.

Get Qualified NW funding can now contribute to more sports, more courses and accept more than one application per person!
