Here is a list of some undetermined planning applications where amended plans have been submitted. The list is arranged by the date the amendments were received.

3/2012/0401 land at 51-53 Knowsley Road, Wilpshire. Outline application for the proposed re-development of the site for residential purposes.  Amended plans received 18th July 2012.

3/2012/0379 Primrose Mill, Woone Lane, Clitheroe.  Material amendments to approved scheme (3/2010/0897P) for demolition of Primrose Mill site for residential development for 12no. apartments and 2no. dwelling houses (this application relates to the 12no. apartments only).  Amended plans received 16th July 2012.

3/2012/0157 Land adjacent to Hothersall lane, Hothersall.  New multi-purpose agricultural building and access track constructed of compacted hardcore to be grassed over.  Amended plans received 10th July and 26th July 2012.

3/2012/0179 Land at Accrington Road, Whalley.  Outline application for a residential development for the elderly, comprising of 38 bungalows and 40 retirement apartments.  Amended plans received 4th September 2012.

3/2012/0758 2 Chapel Close, Old Langho. Extension and alterations to an existing property.  Amended plan received 23rd October 2012.

3/2012/0578 Devil's Elbow, land off Whalley Road, Read. Development of outdoor adventure centre to include 1) treetop aerial adventure course; 2) segway course; 3) barefoot trails; 4) children's adventure play/trail; and 5) education/interpretation trails. Erection of building to provide ticketing, customer service facilities, toilets, restaurant and cafe, covered seating areas and ancillary retail sales. Construction of new access to the A671 with parking for 50 cars (8 disabled spaces), 5 coaches, together with cycle and motorcycle parking and associated roads and landscaping.  Amended plans and documents received October 2012.

3/2012/0879 The Stables, Duck Street, Clitheroe.  Proposed external and internal alterations to allow for change of use from Class B1 and C3 to Class B1, C3 and A2.  Amended plans and documents received 17th Octoer 2012.
