Whalley Chamber of Trade was established almost twenty years ago. Through the unswerving support of Councillor Joyce Holgate and the help of the enthusiastic local business people it has grown to be a thriving group with members from Whalley and the surrounding areas enjoying lively monthly meetings that bring businesses together to deliver the following benefits:

  • Interaction of members creating awareness of services provided, leading to an increase in inter trading
  • An opportunity to become involved in the promoting and organising of local events helping to create a healthly local economy
  • Resolving common business problems by providing a united approach
  • work with local and regional government, highlighting and resolving business problems and needs
  • Access to independent advice by interaction with fellow members.

Whalley Chamber of Trade meets on the 1st Wednesday of the month at 5.30pm.  The meetings are currently held at the club on Queens Street in Whalley however you would be advised to check the venue before attending the meeting.
