Surveying

Council Owned Properties

The surveying section works to deliver programmes of planned and responsive repairs and maintenance across the Council's buildings. These properties include the Castle Museum where a £3.5m refurbishment scheme was completed in 2009. We also deal with Clitheroe Market, Ribblesdale Swimming Pool, The Council Offices, Salthill Depot among other buildings.


We are located on Level C of the Council Offices, Church Walk, Clitheroe and can be reached through the contact centre on 01200 425111.

Housing

The transfer of the Council's domestic stock to Ribble Valley Homes took place in 2007/08. Therefore the surveying section no longer deals with domestic properties or housing. Ribble Valley Homes are the main point of contact for all housing related queries.
