We undertake condition surveys of the council properties and undertake pre-planned maintenance with an increasingly pro-active approach.

We look to improve the condition of our building stock by undertaking regular maintenance and upgrading components when the replacement point is reached.

We hold condition survey data on our property portfolio on a central asset management system, allocating identified work to our direct works team and external contractors.
