Working Hours:  37 Hours Per Week
Temporary Contract for 12 months

 

Ribble Valley Borough Council wish to appoint a Temporary Planning Officer to carry out planning appeal work, including preparation of cases and representing the Council at appeals.

 

Candidates must possess a planning degree and preferably hold RTPI membership.  Previous experience of processing planning applications and dealing with appeals and inquiries is essential.

 

Good report writing ability and excellent communication/organisational skills are required.
