Salary: National Minimum Wage - ie Under 18's (£3.68 per hour), 18-20 (£4.98 per hour) & 21 or over (£6.19 per hour)

Monday to Friday - 37 Hours Per Week
Salary:  National Minimum Wage - ie Under 18's (£3.68 per hour), 18-20 (£4.98 per hour) & 21 or over (£6.19 per hour)
2 Year Apprenticeship

You will be involved in assisting and advising customers on matters relating to Council services and functions, and contribute to the development of a customer focused culture within the Council.  

During your time with us, you will work towards level 2/3 in customer services.

You should be able to work as part of a team, be flexible and have good communication skills.

Although we are not able to guarantee your appointment to a full-time post at the end of the contract, you are welcome to apply for permanent posts after you have been working with us for a year.  This will not affect our commitment to your training and development and the day release arrangement.
