Q: In years gone by it was considered by some a tradition to carve our names in trees, park benches and school desks. We now see this replaced by the use of markers pens and paint to write all over public buildings, road signs, private property and almost anything with a flat surface. Some people claim this is "ART" whilst most public bodies having to pay to clean this up consider it to be Criminal Damage. Do you consider graffiti to be: -
