Hire the Education Gallery

The Education Gallery provides a versatile space for hire, it has been the host to many varied experiences, below are a few examples:

Schools colleges and universities showcasing students' work

Exhibitions of art and community groups

Private hire for a birthday party


Solo and group art and craft stalls

Guided workshops

Artist talks

Artist demo's

Small musical performances

The inspiring space gives individuals and organisations the chance to showcase their work and make sales to a new and varied audience at the Gallery and Visitor Information Centre. If you feel inspired and would like to hire the space, download an Education Gallery Room Hire form to apply.

Exhibition and Shop submissions

We welcome submissions from makers of contemporary craft that is hand produced, original in design and high in quality. To submit your work for selection, please send the following on disc for the attention of the Gallery Co-ordinator:

 A current CV / statement

  • 4-6 good quality images with description, size and prices
  • A stamped addressed envelope for the return of your images.

We can accept images by email to platform.gallery@ribblevalley.gov.uk but please limit total size to under 1MB.

We do not exhibit painting or photography.
