Ribble Valley Borough Council's Customer Service Standards
Ribble Valley Borough Council has agreed a set of Customer Service Standards. This sets out the standards by which Ribble Valley Borough Council delivers its services to people in Ribble Valley.
The Council prides itself on the quality of its services to the people living, working and visiting Ribble Valley. We know through our biennial Perception Survey that public satisfaction with the Council and its services is high and we work hard to maintain this reputation. We constantly strive to achieve high standards across all of our services.
Most of our service areas provide separate explanatory leaflets as to the nature and details of the services provided.
