Coronavirus Information

Ribble Valley to remain in Tier 3 coronavirus alert level

Ribble Valley is to remain in the Tier 3 ‘very high’ coronavirus alert level until at least Wednesday 30 December, along with the rest of Lancashire.

This means socialising remains banned indoors and in most outdoor places with people you don't live with, or who are not in your social bubble.

Most hospitality, accommodation and entertainment venues will remain closed and you should work from home where possible.

Shops, leisure centres and gyms, and personal care services such as hairdressers and barbers are permitted to open.

Places of worship can open, but people cannot interact with anyone they don't live with.

For further information on what you can and cannot do under the Tier 3 alert level and the latest guidance on Christmas arrangements go to local restriction tiers.

The Ribble Valley Community Hub will be closed from Wednesday 23 December to Monday 4 January. If you require help, with such as with shopping or medication, phone the NHS Volunteer Responders on 0808 196 3646 between 8am and 8pm.
