Salary:  £14,013 to £15,598 per annum
37 Hours Per Week

To assist in supporting the Council's IT systems including installing PCs, software and printers; and dealing with IT-related queries and problems.  

You will provide basic training in the use of new hardware and software, and ensure that staff are informed of any technical issues.  You must be an excellent communicator, able to explain technical issues to non-technical people and have a good general understanding of PCs and related equipment.
