Salary: Grade 4 £19,554 to £21,166 per annum
37 hours per week
You will be responsible for delivery of a full administrative service to the HR function across a range of HR disciplines and activities including: recruitment and selection, induction, training and development, performance management and maintenance of computerised record systems.
You will work as part of a small HR team and must be able to demonstrate the highest levels of tact and discretion at all times.
You will be educated to GCSE level with Maths and English at grade C or equivalent. A CIPD Level 3 Certificate in HR Practice/relevant degree or equivalent is desirable and familiarity with the Frontier CHRIS21 HR system would be advantageous. You will also have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working in an HR generalist role ideally in a Local Government context.
