37 Hours Per Week
You will support the work of the Health and Fitness Development Officer and work with partners to develop, deliver and support the ‘Together an Active Future’ pilot in Ribble Valley. You will be creative and imaginative in your approach to engage with and gain insight from target communities. You will be instrumental in the evaluation of pilot projects, the planning and support of projects moving forward and able to produce relevant and timely reports. You should be able to manage your own workload, but also be a team player.
You will be educated to ‘A’ level or equivalent standard and a HND or degree in a health related subject would be an advantage. You should be computer literate and have excellent communication and inter-personal skills. A current driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential.
Government guidance on working safely is being followed at the Council’s offices.
