Published Tuesday, 30 May 2017

The threat level from terrorism remains at severe, meaning an attack is highly likely, but not imminently expected.

Residents are advised to remain vigilant over the coming weeks.

  • Please report any suspicious activity to the police on 101, the Anti-Terrorist Hotline on 0800 789 321 or in an emergency dial 999
  • Guidance on recognising a terrorist threat and remaining vigilant can be found at www.nactso.gov.uk
  • A webpage with advice for victims and those affected by the attack is available at gov.uk: https://www.gov.uk/guidance/manchester-attack-may-2017-support-for-people-affected
  • Lancashire Victim Services is available to anyone living in Lancashire affected by any crime on 0300 323 0085

If you have images or footage from the Manchester Arena attack that may assist the police in their investigations, please upload it to Ukpoliceimageappeal.co.uk or Ukpoliceimageappeal.com.

Together as a community we can help each other through this extremely difficult period.
