Have Your Say on Proposed Housing Development SitesPublished Monday, 03 September 2018
Residents in Ribble Valley are reminded to have their say on proposed amendments to the borough’s housing and economic development plan.
The plan outlines land set aside for housing and economic development in the borough and will be used to determine planning applications until 2028.
It was sent to the Planning Inspectorate for public examination last year and a date for the hearing has been set for November.
Residents are being consulted on amendments to the plan proposing additional housing sites in Clitheroe, Langho and Simonstone.
The amendments can be viewed at ribblevalley.gov.uk or the Ribble Valley Borough Council Offices in Church Walk, Clitheroe, from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. They can also be viewed at Clitheroe, Longridge and Mellor libraries, Longridge Civic Hall and the Longridge Station Buildings.
Comments should be e-mailed to email@example.com or posted to the Forward Planning Team, Ribble Valley Borough Council Offices, Church Walk, Clitheroe, Lancashire, BB7 2RA, by 5pm on 7 September.
