UKSPF and REPF 2025 - 2026
Within Autumn Budget a further £900 million of funding for local investment by March 2026 was announced.
This funding has been allocated to the Lancashire Combined Authority (LCCA). The LCCA have confirmed the following funding for the Ribble Valley:
UKSPF- £638,494
REPF-£130,081
Following decisions by the LCCA and subsequent senior level discussions, it has been determined that the coordination/administration of the Lancashire UKSPF 2025/6 Programme on behalf of the LCCA (accountable body), will reside within the Programme Monitoring Office (PMO) at Blackpool Council.
UKSPF
Policy and Finance Committee have decided to prioritise the following UKSPF interventions in respect of delivering Capital projects across the Borough:
- Intervention E1- Improvements to town centres & high streets
- Intervention E2- Community & neighbourhood infrastructure projects
- Intervention E3- Creation of and improvements to local green space

REPF
The UKSPF Working Group will meet to discuss the Councils REPF funding. Further details will be uploaded in due course.
