Clitheroe Food Festival
An annual display of the hard work and dedication of local food and drink producers and culinary talent, where visitors have ample opportunity to sample and buy the very best local produce.
Hailed as one of the best food festivals in the UK by Conde Nast Traveller, and listed in the Top Ten UK Food Festivals by Eventbrite, Clitheroe Food Festival will return for 2025 on Saturday 9th August, organised and promoted by Ribble Valley Borough Council.
The Festival is a FREE to enter event which attracts over 25,000 food lovers from across the UK. The focus of the festival is purely on the finest food and drink producers in Ribble Valley and Lancashire, all producers are screened for provenance.
Around the town there is a superb offering of fringe events, from producer talks and tastings, street entertainment, history and art exhibitions, treasure hunts and of course music of all genres creating a true festival atmosphere against the backdrop of Clitheroe’s iconic castle.
