Explore Stonyhurst through a series of expert-led tours, offering a unique insight into the College’s history, architecture and collections.

The Historic Building Tour explores Stonyhurst Hall (est. 1794) and includes the Bayley Room, Great Hall with the seven VCs and founder portraits, the Long Room, and the Philosophers’ Common Room featuring Oliver Cromwell’s table, as well as the 19th century chapels.

The Museum Tour takes visitors through three historic libraries and the award winning Museum, with highlights including religious relics and vestments, medieval manuscripts, Dürer prints, Sir Arthur Conan Doyle’s desk, Irish chalices, items linked to St Thomas More, and the Cloth of Gold Cope worn by Henry VIII.
